Follow the path climbing steeply through the forest (yellow markers) until reaching open ground at La Coumière (1380m) where you can put on your skis. climb directly passing through a band of forest to open slopes once more and the transmitter/pylon. Follow the broad ridge, usually icy, heading W for 2km to the summit. The last 180m on foot with crampons if the snow is thin. Return by the same route.
