Le Monthieu: From la Frasse
Ascent
From La Frasse follow the track towards the Armancette lake.
At the lake, (or just before) return to the N to climb up the steep, SW facing cwm just to the right of the forest. Keep going up until the ridge to left of the summit and so to the top or up the slopes, (steep,) directly below the summit.
Descent
By the same route, (not necessary to go to the lake.)
