Punta Quaira di Sennes - Senneser Karspitze: S from R. Senes
Ascent:
From Ucia de Senes, head up NW across the bumps of the Senes plateau. Once at the base of the mountain, there are 2 ways up:
S combeObvious combe on the S face, heading slightly E. It ends on the ridge ~50m SE of the summit, then follow the ridge to the top. There can be cornices on both sides, and lots of snow blown in by the wind inside... SW ridge
Continue to the Forcella de Riciogogn (Seitenbachscharte) 2331m and follow the ridge to the top. Steeper but safer avalanche wise (less snow)
Descent:
either way. Snow should be better in the S combe.
